Tricounty has always be great, from their service department to the salesman. Kyle worked with me and even though I didn't buy at this time, he was very personable and didn't pressure me into anything. Im looking forward to dealing with him in the future.

Super friendly

Had to replace my key fob and they replaced it within five minutes of when I got there, even though there were other people. They were super friendly and gave my son a coloring book while we waited all of five minutes!

Kind, skillful, and respectful

I went in for a regular 55k maintenance, and everything went smoothly. I waited for my car in their lounge area where they have TVs, desks, and free WiFi so you can relax or work while waiting. I highly recommend the orange team. I've had some bad experiences with a different team in the past where they did unnecessary work without approval and then tried to charge me $250 for it. The manager was helpful at resolving the issue although I did still have to pay $150 of the bill. The orange team manager was very responsive to my concerns and promised me that he would come to me first for approval if he recommends any additional maintenance. He did find that my washer reservoir leaks and got me a quote for the part. But he did not pressure me into paying for it then. He gave me the option to shop around first and decide if I would like to replace it on my own or go back for them to do it. For that reason and the fact that it is not a very simple procedure, I will likely go back to him to have it replaced by him team. I'd also like to point out that I previously raised my concern about it leaking to the other team, and they told me it was fine despite the fact that I would completely run out of washer fluid every couple of months. So all in all, the orange team was kind, skillful, and respectful and I would highly recommend them to anyone with a Toyota.
