Needed an oil change for my Lexus IS. I was able to make an appointment very quickly. Everyone at the dealership was very pleasant and accommodating. I’d recommend service at Tri County for any Lexus.

THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME HAVING SERVICE DONE AT TRI COUNTY TOYOTA DUE TO MY LIVING OUT OF THIS AREA, BUT BEING CLOSE BY AND NEEDING MY EMISSIONS AND INSPECTION DONE, I CALLED TO SEE IF THERE WERE ANY OPENINGS. THE ASSOCIATE ON THE PHONE WAS SUPER FRIENDLY AND TOLD ME TO COME ON OVER AND THEY WOULD GET ME IN. WOW, I WAS KIND OF SHOCKED AND RELIEVED SINCE MY INSPECTIONS WAS A FEW DAYS FROM EXPIRATION. I WAS TAKEN RIGHT IN BY A VERY PLEASANT PERSON AT DRIVE IN, TAKEN TO THE COUNTER WHERE ANOTHER VERY PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS ASSOCIATE CHECKED ME RIGHT IN, WITH AN EXPECTED TIME OF COMPLETION. I WAS OFFERED A RIDE TO THE LOCAL OUTLETS, BUT I DECIDED TO SIT IN THERE VERY, CLEAN, AND SPACIOUS WAITING ROOM WITH COFFEE, DRINKS, AND VENDING MACHINES AVAILABLE ALONG WITH PLENTY OF ACCESS TO CONNECT YOUR ELECTRONICS. I HAVE TO SAY, I BARELY SAT DOWN AND MY CARE WAS DONE AND I WAS SHOCKED AT HOW REASONABLE, CONSIDERING I PAY MORE AT MY LOCAL DEALER, I NEEDED WINDSHIELD WIPERS AND THEY PUT THOSE ON IN A FLASH AND I HAVE TO SAY, THEY ARE EXCELLENT QUALITY. I WAS TAKEN TO CHECK OUT TO ANOTHER PLEASANT, HAPPPY ASSOCIATE AND I WAS CHECKED OUT WITH A SMILE. ALSO, THEY WENT OVER ALL THE FINDINGS WITH ME. WHAT A GREAT DEALER TO GO TO. I HAVE NOT BEEN ANYWHERE WHERE THAT NOT ONE, BUT EVERY PERSON I INTERACTED WITH WAS PROFESSIONAL, PLEASANT, HAPPY, AND THE WORK WAS DONE QUICKLY, AND EFFICIENTLY. MY CAR WAS WELL TAKEN CARE OF AND I WILL BE RETURNING HERE FOR MY SERVICE. I WOULD RATHER DRIVE A LITTLE FURTHER AND KNOW I WILL RECEIVE EXCELLENT SERVICE. I WILL SAY THAT MY DAUGHTER PURCHASED A TOYOTA CAMRY FROM TRI COUNTY TOYOTA IN 2021 AND SHE STATED AT THAT TIME IT WAS THE EASIEST PURCHASE SHE EVERY EXPERIENCED. NO PUSHING, NO ISSUES, EASY TO MAKE A PURCHASE WITH. SHE STILL HAS THE CAR AND HAS NOT HAD ANY ISSUES. THEY SURE MADE MY DAY A BREEZE.

We just purchased a new 4 Runner and had a great experience. Our salesperson Tia White was very accommodating and patient with us throughout the process of showing us the functions of our new car. She was pleasant and took the time to answer any questions we had. She also told us to call if we had any further questions or if we needed any help with any tech/media issues. Jose Vega was also very nice when completing our paperwork and explaining the extra coverage we could purchase without making us feel we had to buy it. This is our second 4 runner that we purchased from Tri County. The first one lasted 22 years. Actually, still has some miles to go, but decided it was time for a new ride.

They are quick, efficient, and helpful. They always offer price saving options too. What more could you want from an auto repair shop?

Very nice and helpful people work here in sales. I’m thinking about buying a car here. Regardless of my decision I won’t forget that I was treated well as a customer! I live an hour away and thought the drive was cringe but it was nice I got several helpings of movie theater popcorn.

Scheduled an appointment for a recall and another issue. Lynda was my service manager and did a wonderful job of communicating and taking care of things. She was very polite , courteous and professional!

Tri County Toyota is great dealership with a wholesome atmosphere and wonderful set of staff members. Steve Landis is an awesome salesman and reliable person whom makes you feel at ease and comfortable about what type of vehicle I had in mind. He is the one of the best I would recommend.

Very good customer service. Extremely nice staff. Only negative I have is the price they charged for swapping out my wheels.. $55 seems a little steep.

We are very happy with our newly purchased vehicle. BUT… after paying for the purchase in full our salesman Jared who was very helpful in the beginning did not follow through with promises. You would think we made his job much easier without having to finance and we would be treated better. On pickup at a scheduled appointment to do so he juggled us and didn’t seem to care since he knew he had the sale with payment in full in hand. Then when promising us the wheels would be repaired we had to keep coming by the dealership because he wouldn’t answer or return messages. I finally went to service and was told by Xavier that I would get a call later that day and an appointment. No call and it went 3 weeks til we returned back out to the Dealership. Finally Dalton got the job done. This really was on uncalled for. Our RAV4 is exactly what we wanted but your service is not! Cindy & Mark DePaoli

Charged me for registration, month and half later didn't give me equivalent amount of years of registration. And that's just the latest nickel and dimeing from this place. I'll never be back
