I WAS OFFERED A RIDE TO THE LOCAL OUTLETS, BUT I DECIDED TO SIT IN THERE VERY, CLEAN, AND SPACIOUS WAITING ROOM WITH COFFEE, DRINKS, AND VENDING MACHINES AVAILABLE ALONG WITH PLENTY OF ACCESS TO CONNECT YOUR ELECTRONICS. I HAVE TO SAY, I BARELY SAT DOWN AND MY CARE WAS DONE AND I WAS SHOCKED AT HOW REASONABLE, CONSIDERING I PAY MORE AT MY LOCAL DEALER, I NEEDED WINDSHIELD WIPERS AND THEY PUT THOSE ON IN A FLASH AND I HAVE TO SAY, THEY ARE EXCELLENT QUALITY. I WAS TAKEN TO CHECK OUT TO ANOTHER PLEASANT, HAPPPY ASSOCIATE AND I WAS CHECKED OUT WITH A SMILE. ALSO, THEY WENT OVER ALL THE FINDINGS WITH ME. WHAT A GREAT DEALER TO GO TO. I HAVE NOT BEEN ANYWHERE WHERE THAT NOT ONE, BUT EVERY PERSON I INTERACTED WITH WAS PROFESSIONAL, PLEASANT, HAPPY, AND THE WORK WAS DONE QUICKLY, AND EFFICIENTLY. NO PUSHING, NO ISSUES, EASY TO MAKE A PURCHASE WITH. SHE STILL HAS THE CAR AND HAS NOT HAD ANY ISSUES. THEY SURE MADE MY DAY A BREEZE. ”

“ We are very happy with our newly purchased vehicle. BUT… after paying for the purchase in full our salesman Jared who was very helpful in the beginning did not follow through with promises. You would think we made his job much easier without having to finance and we would be treated better. On pickup at a scheduled appointment to do so he juggled us and didn’t seem to care since he knew he had the sale with payment in full in hand. Then when promising us the wheels would be repaired we had to keep coming by the dealership because he wouldn’t answer or return messages. I finally went to service and was told by Xavier that I would get a call later that day and an appointment. No call and it went 3 weeks til we returned back out to the Dealership. Finally Dalton got the job done. This really was on uncalled for. Our RAV4 is exactly what we wanted but your service is not! Cindy & Mark DePaoli ”
