Took our 2020 Camry Hybrid in for annual state inspection and oil change. Tire tread barely passed. Our Technician, Todd , recommended a set of Yokohama Aspire GTs at a reasonable cost - a little over $1100 total ( tires mounted and balanced, and wheel alignment). All work was done in one day. Todd was very helpful in providing advice on tire options, communication and service was very professional courteous, honest and prompt. We are becoming loyal customers.

I am not able to open my back window after having service on my 2015 RAV4 yesterday. I tried to open with my key fob and from the button inside my car. It just beeps twice. I had to make another appointment on 2/16 to get it fixed.

I have given Tri-County more than a fair opportunity, but I now dread scheduling even routine maintenance due to repeated negative experiences with the service department. Without exception, interactions become unnecessarily difficult. Whether the issue involves oil changes, tire rotations, brakes etc., I am consistently spoken to in a dismissive and condescending manner, as though I am incapable of understanding my own vehicle. I have been told multiple times that my dashboard was not displaying what it plainly was. In one instance, a male employee relied on his years of experience to insist that my vehicle “couldn’t possibly” show that message… until he turned the car on and saw it himself. This pattern of patronizing behavior is unacceptable, wastes time, and reflects a systemic problem within the service department culture.

I asked for a call back from the general manager twice yesterday and never received one. Now I'm being asked for a review, so here we go: last time I was at Tri County Toyota, waiting for my vehicle, I listened to a customer service person commenting on another customer's piercings and tattoos after that customer walked away. The CS person declared, loudly enough for me to hear very clearly from across the room, that it was a sin what the woman had done to her body, that it was just awful, and that women should not have tattoos. Yesterday, as I waited for the shuttle after dropping my vehicle, one of the intake guys/shuttle driver's inserted himself into a conversation I was having with another shuttle driver about an old Land Cruiser on display. He said, "that's what Hamas drives." He proceeded to go into detail about how Hamas cuts the backs off Land Cruisers and racks machine guns, and then he said, "I wonder if Mr. Hokie Tokie over there knows where he's sending Toyotas." So, yeah, I'd have to say unless you're into body-shaming, misogyny, racism, stereotypes, inappropriate political commentary, and a general manager who ignores all of it, find yourself someplace else to do business. I will not be returning. *To give credit where credit is due, I did get a call from the GM about 90 minutes after I posted this review and he said he would address it with his staff.

I was quoted $300 and told the job would take 30 minutes. The actual cost was $500 and the job took two hours. The only thing done was cut a new key and program a new fob. That was the entire job.
